Spearheaded development of an agentic platform that transformed how our global SE team prepares for customer engagements. Partnered with product and engineering to architect LangChain-based orchestration with an extensible MCP backend.

Architected and led the development of a suite of fully-functioning mobile and web loyalty experiences - retail, QSR, fuel, and airline - serving as the primary entry point for platform demonstrations across our global field sales organization.
Conversational Loyalty AI
Real-time reasoning over loyalty data through natural language.
Spearheaded a proof-of-concept demonstrating the future of consumer engagement - a generative AI interface that queries live loyalty data, explains point valuations, and recommends redemption strategies. Presented to executive leadership as a vision for product roadmap.
Role-Based AI Agents
Deployed to 400+ people across the organization.
Championed and led the rollout of AI-powered assistants across Solutions, Delivery, and Product teams. Built a centralized RAG architecture supporting RFP responses, SE enablement, and knowledge management - driving measurable efficiency gains.

Objective
Earn trust with the team and understand how the business actually works.
Actions
- 1:1s with every SA to understand strengths, motivations, and blockers
- Ride-alongs on live deals across velocity and enterprise segments
- Shadow cross-functional partners: AEs, CSMs, PS, TAMs, and Partners
- Audit the current demo environments, tools, and evaluation frameworks
- Review win/loss data and existing upsell/cross-sell pipeline
- Map the pre-sales → post-sales handoff with Professional Services

I'd focus on understanding how Connect, Billing, and Revenue Recognition are positioned to SaaS platforms—both vertical and horizontal—because that's where expansion revenue lives.
